Each option had a description of each tire and prices attached for easy comparison. When we finally decided to pull the trigger on the tires, it was super easy to chat with Erica about which ones we were choosing and setting up a date for the tires to be installed. I was even able to pick which loaner vehicle I would be utilizing while the tires were being placed. The day came for the tires to be placed and my husband wanted my vehicle completely inspected - belts, brakes, fluids. This task was completed and by noon on the day of the appointment, I had a detailed list of what was wrong with my vehicle. The color block system made it easy to figure out what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait. I spoke to Erica and she explained everything in a way that I could understand. She informed me that there were some items that needed to be addressed and that I could chat with my husband before proceeding. Once I was able to chat with my husband, it was an easy phone call to get the parts ordered that afternoon and for the work to be completed the very next day! My husband and I are 100% impressed with the work and fast completion of our vehicle. From going in for just tires turned in to so much more! My vehicle is so quiet and runs so smoothly now that we have had Dan and his crew work on it! I went in for a routine oil change and to have some ABS lights checked after receiving coupons in the mail. They were able to get me scheduled the same week, which was great. It turned out I needed an oil change, a wheel bearing replacement, and a tire sensor replaced. Communication throughout the process was easy and fast. Getting a loaner car was quick and convenient, and the repairs didn’t take long once the parts came in. I was very happy with the service provided and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Even though it was right before their closing time on a Friday night, Thomsen Auto Repair was extremely welcoming and reassuring that they would diagnose the issue and get us back on the road.
